We visited this restaurant today at lunchtime whilst on holiday in the area. There were already 4 or 5 tables full when we arrived. It said on the window air conditioning. We stood outside and reviewed the menu and saw several items we would all like. Prices were very reasonable too. The menu was in French but translated underneath. Although... More

This bistro / cafe / restaurant was very well patronised, almost exclusively by locals. The patron and his wife 'did it all' and were very efficient and friendly. Very good food at the price. A reasonable Menu range.

Apart from the brasseries, which were quite busy, there were not a lot of options, and this one looked okay. We chose to eat... More

This was our chance to take some friends out to lunch. It was what I would call "down home". Exactly the sort of place you would want to go after the market, or after a pleasant morning exploring the local attractions. The food was good, and the wine was local and fairly priced.

Well priced and good quality local food. the terrace i summer is a treat but winter inside is just as nice. The lunch menu du jour is a must.

Having hoped to eat at Le Cairn which was sadly shut unexpectedly we ended up at Le Sivade. It was full of locals and we enjoyed a very enjoyable Entrecote for us and Magret for the small all perfectly cooked. The Mrs had a great Isle Flotante. Yummy

We had a pleasant no-nonsense meal here. Sadly the terrace on one side has a lovely view of the petrol station across the street, but that was humorous to us, not off-putting.

used to be cheap and easy but the cheap lunch menu has gone, pizzas on the outdoor terrace great with kids if you can get past grumpy manageress (chatty best friend one day, grumps the next). need to book to get terrace table in summer.

We dined at La Sivade twice whilst we were staying near Staint Cyprien last week and both visits were excellent. The service was friendly and cheerful surpassed only by the food that was truly wonderful. If you are near Saint Cyprien make sure to enjoy the fabulous restaurant
