Don't be confused, the Front of the building says Rochester Chop House (Kabin Kruser's in the front, Chop... More

Very good food and service. Like it for any special day or night out. Great choice for appetizers and Never disappointed in the seafood or steak dinners. Wide choice of food and drink. Just a nice atmosphere for a lunch or dinner.

Kabin Kruser is a samll space with seating for about 40 or so in front of the Kruse and Muer flagship restaurant the "Chop House". From fish tacos done a couple of different ways, to oysters, mussels, and assorted other goodies in smaller portions that are large enough to share, the happy hour menu is wonderful!! Drinks are also at... More

This restaurant is very small, and the casual part of the Rochester Chop House (this restaurant is in the front - on Main Street). The vibe is laid back and fun. Great oysters. Large bar, great for an after work drink and oysters. Menu is always consistent and delicious. Oysters are shucked fresh as ordered. Great variety. The surf and... More

Had a girls lunch here right before Christmas. It's always chilly in this location so dress In layers but the food is always good like the other Kruse and Muer restaurants in downtown Rochester. The happy hour is always fun too because all the appetizers are half off. My husband loves that!

I love this tiny little bar/restaurant. It has such a nostalgic vibe and their Happy Hour is the best in the area! I love that the Kruser Fish Tacos are always on the menu!

A great bar in the front of the Rochester Chop House. Quite a bit of seating, but because it is so popular, can be standing room only. Great oysters on the half shell, fish tacos, mussels, calamari. Calimari is the best we've had, and we've had lots. Tender, cut from the steak portion, so no rubbery tennicles. Awesome lemon/butter/caper sauce.
