Food is typical of most bar type options. They do have a salad and soup bar though, which is nice if you aren't feeling burgers or fried food. Service is always very nice and friendly. Orders and food prep are always fast; food never sits waiting to come to your table. They have keno, bollards, and lots of TVs for... More

The Granton Inn is conveniently located along the main street through town, right on the corner of 61 and US 23. It is a bar like atmosphere and clean for the most part. The bathrooms could use some updating especially. The cajun style chicken breast were decent; not very spicy but was juicy. The salad bar was good and everything... More

We have stopped here over the years and it's a good place for a brew and meal. We just did so again and had the wet burrito special. It was good and big. I can't recall seeing it on the menu and if it's not, it should be. The service was okay considering that there was one person that handled... More

The food is alright but the service and attitude from the waitresses totally outbalances anything good. I wouldn't recommend the Granton to anyone simply because of the nasty attitude and delay in service because having a cigarette is more important than the customer. I had left decent tips more than once and the last time I left nothing whatsoever after... More

Slooooow service. We didn't even get to the food because it took more than 20 minutes to place an order. As we waited we saw our server talk with people at the bar and then grab her cigarettes to take a smoke break. Horrible service. Walked out very annoyed.

We had dinner here when we were on our way to the RiverView Campground in Sterling. The place is very clean and well attended. The menu is typical bar food with a large selection of burgers, sandwhiches, salads, dinners and appetizers. We ordered a burrito which was quite good as well as some fried mushrooms and mozzerella sticks. My son... More

We thought it would be average bar food however, we all were very pleased with our meals. The service was great and they even took one meal off the bill because the cook didn't like the way it turned out. Exceeded our expectations.

We have been here several times for their fish dinners. At first it was good and gradually got worse. I was just there tonight again and for the last time. it was busy and I understand that things can take a little longer, but really, it took a good 45 minutes to get 2 pieces of fish and fries. The... More

This is our spot for an afternoon lunch, The sandwiches at the Granton are made to order and are as fresh as they come. It is really worth trying

I've been in there a few times and normally the service nice. However today a friend and I went in to have a drink and eat and we were treated very badly. The older lady behind the counter looked at our id's and said we were not old enough to drink. We thought she was kidding at first but she... More
