We visit TC about 1-2 times a year for a special getaway. Patisserie Amie is always on our list of places to go. Today the food was great as always, but our server treated us like an annoyance, barely served us, brought out half of our food then left for another 15+ minutes before bringing the rest (so eggs were... The restaurant was busy and we had to wait to be seated. But, it was well worth the wait! The decor is French as well as the food. Three of us had Blinis which came with blueberries and a special cream. They were wonderful and I will definitely order it again when I'm back in town. This is a wonderful... More

We visited mid week to have breakfast after reading rave reviews. We had a large party of 9 ((6 adults + 2 kids + 1 baby). The restaurant is small so we had to wait about 45 minutes to be seated, but it is charming and was definitely worth the wait. The food is wonderful, very authentic French and fresh.... More

This is a very small place, get there early. The french toast is probably the best we've ever had...the eggs benedict are cooked perfectly. I love the beignets...very light and airy. Only thing tht was a little disappointing was the latte. It was served in a bowl and was lukewarm with little flavor. It was the weakest lattle I've ever... More

I had breakfast there with a friend, we both had eggs benedict, traditional style and we agreed it was an excellent meal. The coffee was very good, too.

I had the pulled pork confit omelet, the wife had eggs benedict with smoked salmon, capers, and hollandaise...excellent, absolutely excellent, gotta have the "manmosa's" too. Can't wait to go back!

We arrived around 11:00 a.m. and easily found a parking space in the lot out behind the restaurant. We luckily avoided any wait. There were tables open when we arrived, but soon after, there was a line out the door. I ordered am omelette and my son ordered a hamburger. The wait for the food was long, but we knew... More

Every time I come to Traverse City I have to have breakfast here, even if the wait is more than 45 minutes (and it almost always is on a weekend morning). In fact I almost didn't write this review because I don't want it to be even longer :). I've never seen so much care and creativity put into omelettes... More

Open on Sunday at 0700 you must be there before as five minutes later there is a wait. The menu and food is superb. The Quiche and Eggs Benedict are the best I have ever eaten and the service was fast. Good coffee also.

The crepes and breakfasts are fantastic. We also tried the French beignet and enjoyed it - though they are rich - our ten year old left one uneaten!
