Food was fair, a little over priced for what u received. A bit dirty on the inside. Will not go back.

This place is amazing- quick, delicious, and the staff were super friendly. I lived in Central America for a year and this is the first place I have found in metro Detroit that served authentic pupusas and tamales. My boyfriend got the Salvadoran chicken and he said it was great.

Large portions and great service. This isn't a five star downtown Birmingham eatery but a family run restaurant with lots of flavor; a little plate full of paradise with lots of love. Only hear the parking lot is paved and there's no sand on the floor; it's kinda like that little restaurant that you find on the beach while on... More

What a surprise to find El Salvadoran food. Loved the empanadas, pupusa, and plantains. All the desserts great. Small place but able handle our group of 12. We will be back.

horrible place. I will never return. the food I had as a carry out was cold and vastly under-portioned. If you want bad Latin food, Taco Bell is nearby, but they are way better.

Mexican Food isn't much of a delicate subject..seriously, who doesn't like tacos? Mexican Food is like pizza it's typically good and sometimes better than others but mostly edible. I am not sure if I have given a place 5 stars. Simply, I try to judge on food, all that other stuff is conjecture. The appearance will mislead you...it looks basically... More

First, a warning. This place has pretty limited seating, so don't be annoyed if you show up at peak times and can't find a seat. That said.. This restaurant serves up simple and delicious fare. My wife and I had seen a cooking show on TV, and the host was making pupusas (say "pah poo sah"), and they looked really... More

I really didn't try anything else but the pupusas, and that was all to make me come back. After trying pupusas in Orlando, Houston, Atlanta, & Miami, these have been by far THE BEST I've had!
