You get good food and a good portion of it. The burgers are great! The seating is a little tight but that makes it fun. The service was great as well!

Good coffee, cute atmosphere... food was alright. We had a veggie omelet and biscuits and gravy. The omelet's veggies weren't cooked all the way so it was a little crunchy and the eggs were overcooked. Omelet was served with hash browns and toast. The biscuits and gravy were good but the gravy needs sausage crumbles!!! Or at least serve them... More
We were in town to visit my daughter and see her first apartment. A bit of culture shock as she was raised in Metro Detroit and her moving 3 hours away at 19, we'll you know. Any way, Stepping into Mac's Place for breakfast took me back 50 years. Loaded with friendly locals and waitresses that make you feel like... More
I've never had anything that wasn't delicious here!! 20+ years as a customer and they NEVER disappoint!!! Order anything on the menu with confidence - it's ALL GOOD!
I went here after the Victorian Art Fair and I was amazed how lovely this place is. The menu has cheap but yummy meals. I definitely stopping in and checking it out. It's on the smaller side but it has that cozy diner feel.
Always saw a full parking lot when driving by so decided to stop in during the slow mid afternoon weekday. Small, freshly painted, comfortable and you're treated like part of the family describes it best. The waitress was top notch and made me feel like they were expecting me to walk through the door. I had the fish and chips... More
I read all the previous reviews and it appears the owners did as well. Restaurant is updated inside and outside and retains it's diner charm. Food was plentiful, delicious and came quickly. We noticed several servers as well. We will definitely be back!
No frills, but a great place to grab a meal off I-75. Worth the 5 minute trip into town. Home cooking, great service & prices. The hot beef and hot turkey sandwiches with real whipped potatoes, smothered in gravy, can't be beat! Bring your appetite!
