I've eaten at a lot of taquerias across the nation and didn't find Osario's to be anything special. It is better than a lot of Northern Michigan Mexican restaurants, but I simply didn't find it as traditional as I expect for a taqueria.

I was in TC for a few days and looked up restaurants on Yelp. Very glad I stopped in here. I had the flautas . Everything tasted fresh and authentic. Good size portions. I really enjoyed the chips and salsa as well.

Nice region of Mexico to highlight food-wise and nice friendly staff, but tacos I had were really generous, but not good. Meat was overly stewed, frozen, then re-heated and the tortillas were pretty chewy....not the kind of white corn I favor. Salsa's weren't particularly spicy and were so super charged with garlic that you couldn't taste peppers, cilantro, lime...nada.

You can get a surprising variety of tasty and interesting food at this tiny little restaurant. Their homemade salsas, red and creamy green, are awesome! I love to order fresh chips to take home with a pint of salsa, tacos made from tender marinated beef on soft fresh flour tortillas with onion and cilantro, and really nice saucy black beans.... I live here and have eaten in all the TC restaurants. This by far is the best mexican food around. It is authentic, food is always great and the owner is very friendly. Mole sauce is my favorite. Decor could use a little work. Very kid friendly.

The food and service are great, and the staff is very friendly. If you like Mexican food, you'll find it here! They offer seating or take-away.

Very pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. The salsas, as mentioned in other reviews were very tasty. I had a chicken tamale . . very good, a lot of masa, but I like it. Others in our party had tacos, rice and beans and the guacamole was really good as well. Did not realize the chips and salsa... More

I wrote a review on this little restaurant last summer and loved everything about it. Unfortunately, our experience this time left a lot to be desired. We were treating a friend and had said how quaint the place was…….Well, total disappointment…. The server was surly and difficult to understand. We tried to ask her to repeat when we couldn't understand... More

First off, we have eaten Mexican from Florida to Hawaii to Alaska and back, so we feel we are qualified to make an honest review. The only thing that was positive was the service and that left something to be desired. The salsas were bland and overpowered with onion powder. Both the red and green had no taste, even when...
