I've only been here a couple of times. Local town bar in an old house so it feels like you're in the family room. Cramped quarters but they do have outdoor volleyball.

Kelly's has good food at a reasonable price. The service is good and the atmosphere is that of a fun small town restaurant/bar. We were there on a night they were having a meet raffle.
