The Wild Rice Soup was awesome...one of the best I have ever had. The dining room was cute, and we enjoyed our family dinner.

Lonesome Pine is a little bit of a drive if you are coming from Brainerd, Garrison or Crosby as it's in the country. I have ate here three times. The first time we had terrible service, but the last couple has been good. There never seems to be a hostess at the door, so you are left standing at the... More

All you can eat Walleye on Monday nights...so amazing along with the great service. We visit them regularly when in the area at other times also.

We have eaten at this restaurant many timss. Very close to Garrison MN and a nice easy drive from the Brainerd area. We love the atmosphere, food and drinks. The service is always excellent. It has a very cute Bar area if there is a wait. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Had a delicious maple glazed salmon and asparagus. Perfect portions and ridiculous flavor. The service was good and we all enjoyed the food and atmosphere.

We went to The Lonesome Pine in August to celebrate my grandson's engagement to his fiance. There were five of us. Two of us ordered a $28 steak special and a third paerson ordered a different steak. None of the steaks were edible. We were asked if we wanted to order something else. One person ordered a pork chop. I... More

We stopped here on our drive home from Crosby to the Twin Cities. Be aware that they don't open until 5 pm and there was a line of folks waiting to be seated before the doors opened. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The decor is an up-North cabin. We tried the walleye bites which were under-seasoned and probably... More

I have eaten here several times, and the staff are so nice and helpful, even if they make a mistake they are quick to correct it and then go over what I expected as a "Sorry for the inconvenience." My first time they lost my to-go order, but made up for it so well I have gone back. The food... More

Great food, especially pasta dishes. Seafood excellent but haven't tried steaks. Very popular pizza. Friendly, hard working staff. Can be crowded especially in summer, you'd better have reservations on weekends or be ready to wait. Small but well-stoked bar to help with that. Limited hours in winter - call. Exceptional lakeside dining and you can boat up if you're staying... More

We stopped in for supper on our way up to Ruttgers and were not impressed. I was dissapointed because I read all the great reviews, but the service took over 45 minutes and none of us were overly impressed with our meals. For the portion sizes and quality of food, the price was also a little high. Wouldn't recommend.
