We arrived on our way to 2017 New Year's Eve in the early afternoon hours at lovely Grignano. The sun was shining and the deck at the front of the restaurant was very well attended by many guests. The service was quick at reacting to our late arrival with a smooth and handy set up of our table. The order... More

A very lovely position, eating out in a sunny day, with a nice view around. This could be more appreciated if the food ( in My case "Spaghetti con le vongole" ) would be just as the average italian good which I might define at least decent. Which is unfortunately not the case..

The restaurant is typically focused on fish, what is also really great in this restaurant! Also the caprese was really good

The location of this place, next the marina, is obviously not bad at all. But why, when you run such a place, do you have to be so grumpy? Food is okay, nothing special. The venue is totally worn out (it has been long time, since I have seen a hole in the ground as toilet; well, in Europe) and... More

Very disappointing experience. We drove off route to eat here in front on the beautiful views but wish we spared the extra miles. Salad took 30 minutes and the food was at best mediocre.

We stopped for lunch on our way to Miramare Castle. It is in the marina where bus #6 drops you off at the end of the line. It is a beautiful view and we had wine and pizza outside.

We had a great lunch at Il Principe de Metternich. The waiters are friendly and the seafood is great. We had the spaghettone and the sardoni, which were both very tasty. Very pleasant!

After walking thru the park at Castle MireMare. We stopped here to get coffee. Decided to eat and enjoy the view of the boats. The menu had a variety of choices and also was in English. We decided to have a pizza. It was fresh and delicious. Portion size was just right. Coffee Americano was good.

We stopped in for lunch after visiting the Castle and with limited expectations given that it is the "only game in town" at the bus stop that serves the castle, but it is a very good and lovely restaurant that seems to attract actual Italians.
