A smaller restaurant in Minneapolis. Service was outstanding, very friendly, astute employees. Able to describe food and also recommend pairing with appropriate wine if desired. Meals at our table varied from split pea soup with seafood in it , to pasta with mushrooms,to ribs to polenta. Desserts were also innovative. See picture of dessert, a pudding surrounded by fresh fruit.... More

Modern take on Italian, but not weird. Excellent polenta, porchetta, pastas and wine/beer. Great service and ambiance.

Terzo bills itself as a wine bar. I am no wine neophyte, having been a wine buyer in the past, avid collector, and devotee of Italian wine. They buy some pretty offbeat, untasty wines. Had an "Aurora" white. First glass, I thought it had turned. Sent it back for another, thought it was okay but then realized it had resiny... More

We stopped for a glass of wine while out shopping a week ago. The wine list is all Italian and very expensive. I think they should offer a house wine for less money per glass. The chips we ordered, with our wine, were inexpensive and yummy at $4.

Our book group met here tonight for dinner, drinks and discussion. Super ambiance inside and they had a beautiful patio outside. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the wine and menu items. Started with the cheese plate, olives plate, and some nice wine. Moved on to the Calabrian Porketta sandwich--highly recommended!

We ate here at a Slow Food event and had a wonderful experience. The menu selected for us was exceptional. There wasn't a dish that wasn't well prepared, well presented and delicious. The cooking was creative using Italian ingredients prepared in interesting ways. The service staff were knowledgeable about the food and the wine paired with it. The setting, the... More

We only went here for drinks before dinner, but what a great wine bar! I found our waiter to be quite knowledgable about the wine on the menu. He helped all three of us to order selections based on what we described as our favorite types, and all of us enjoyed our wine enough to order a second glass. As... More

Ate at the bar this time. The bartender was very knowledgeable about the wine; in fact, each seemed to have a story. We tried two whites with our first courses, asparagus tart and octopus, asking for recommendations. They were different, but interesting. Both were Italian, and worked well enough with the food (especially the octopus). We had quail with Beluga... More

What a treat this meal was. My only regret is that I found this restaurant the evening before my return to NY. The antipasti misti was the best I've had.. the meats and vegetables were perfect. The handmade pasta dishes were cooked to perfection: squid ink chittara with clams, tajarin with porcini ragu. The branzino was juicy and freshly sweet. The... More

We went there by mistake when we were looking for Broders Italian Restaurant, which is across the street. Terzo is owned by the same family. We both ordered from the "prezzo fisso" 3 course menu. Trout salad, pheasant cannelloni, and quail were the items my wife ordered, and she was three for three. I had the spicy lamb meatballs with... More
