Got to visit this place, call ahead for seating. Food is out of this world, we had 5 people and only did the small plates, way more than you need!

I took my family here for my oldest daughters 21st birthday and thought the place was interesting but the food was only OK. Chino Latino is located in the “hip” Uptown part of South Minneapolis and has a cool look to it from the inside and outside. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the look of the place but the food... More

I met friends here not really expecting much, thought it would be overrated. I was wrong! Loved the food, especially the sushi (which surprised me...I wasn't a sushi fan until now!). Great drinks, great food, fun atmosphere. Yes, it's loud, but not too loud. Can't wait to go again...

Very popular place, usually overcrowded that make it very very noisy.... Almost impossible to speak to somebody. Food is a little bit overpriced and taste is average but at least they try to have fancy presentation

So much fun. They make my favorite drink--ginger infused vodka, agave nectar, in a martini glass rimmed with cayenne pepper. Wow. "Food from the hot zone". Yes it is. I usually just order every single appetizer on the menu for the table and we don't get to entrees. I LOVE the appetizers. Salty squid is my favorite. Not the deep-fried... More

While on travel work assignment one of the local managers recommended this restaurant. I agree the the crowd is younger, energetic, and hip to unusual dining tastes. The menu is more asian than latin and I must admit that the food didn't excite the taste buds. Positives include the service, drink selection, and energetic atmosphere. Negatives include high prices, average... More

Great food, fun menu (food and drinks), and great service. Be forewarned that the noise level is very energetic, though.

It's just okay, the prices are high for the venue. However, it's uptown, it's trendy and the drinks are fancy looking. If your looking for hip and don't care about price or taste, its fun to try once. (I've tried twice!)

Thank Jessica P
