Always great food and great service. One of my favorites, and the best of Willmar. Chips are always fresh and warm.

I come through Willmar once every 6 months, I always make an effort to stop here! Lunch was super fast! I saw they had Lengua Tacos (beef tongue) so I had to try it here. Awesome tortillas and the meat was tender and cooked perfect. Not too many onions or cilantro. Perfect service and plate. If only I could have... More
I have eaten here 4 or 5 times this year and its always the same,,,,Great This is where I like to take company that enjoys just the right spice and great drinks. This is one of the many good eating places we have in Willmar. Come on over and find out how good Mexican food can be!
The menu is huge and I have tried many of the entrees and have never had anything that I did not love. This seems to be pretty authentic Mexican food and the decor is quite charming. They also have an outdoor patio for warm days. Staff is friendly and service is fast. A great place to eat!
The food taste good but unfortunately I have eaten there twice and both times I have gotten sick. The is tasty the service was fair, The atmosphere interesting just not for me. You go ahead and give it a try and see if you have a stronger tummy.
Good and authentic ... wide selection ... almost too many choices. For a small rural town in West Central Minnesota, El Tapatio is pretty dog gone good. Surprisingly, the food have not been "toned down" too much and you can enjoy spicy, taste dishes as they should be. If you like flan, go early. They run out of them very fast!
"El T" has some unusual, as well as the usual things you find in a Mexican restaurant. I had, at the recommendation of the waitress, a combination of chicken and (mild) sausage. This comes with rice and black beans. It was terrific. I've never seen this on a menu before. My friend had the more usual burrito combo. He called... More
