This is a great spot. They have superb coffee and lovely baked goods. One Saturday we were there and the chef made the best cinnamon buns I have ever tasted

No better place to enjoy Second Saturday's and other local festivals. Charming clapboard house with wrap-around gallery for people watching and having a craft beer and watching the band playing onstage.the gravel grounds are ideal for kid play and adult dancing. Quirky new age menu also with comfort foods is reasonably priced and the homemade cupcakes are to die for.... More

Stopped in for a quick lunch (a burger and frittata). Will return to try the coffee and maybe a community event. Nice vibe with local art for sale on the walls.

Pros * Friendly staff * Good cinnamon buns and muffins * Pleasant atmosphere Cons * Food just ok for the price. Hamburgers were not special, and a bit dry. Probably would not return.

The Mockingbird Cafe is like visiting with friends with a lot to offer! The coffee bar is outstanding. For instance, their pumpkin spice latte is made in house with authentic pumpkin puree, not artificial stuff that turns your teeth orange! Their handmade veggie burger is the best I've had. Specialized menu choices for discerning appetites makes for easy selection. The decor... More

Wow, I wasn't expecting a lot when we walked in. This place is charming with local art displayed and lots of coffee and baked good options. But they obviously have a talented chef. My cheese grits were RICH and creamy, never had better. The egg and sausage burrito was enjoyed with its sauces while the basic egg and sausage breakfast... More

We enjoyed a delightful breakfast at the Mockingbird. Latte was as good as it was beautiful. The breakfast burrito was crispy on the outside and perfectly fluffy on the inside. Highly recommend for a casual breakfast. Very nice staff.

Love to come here for breakfast on Saturdays. Anna pours me a wonderful cup of coffee and the quick kitchen staff makes a wonderful gourmet breakfast....if you can make it past the exotic muffin varieties awaiting you at the counter. Love this place.

We stopped here on our way home from a few days in Bay St Louis and wished we had found it sooner! The place was full of friendly locals and the food was very good with generous coffee refills. Recommend!
