We go here many times after church on Sundays. We really enjoy the affordable and wonderful plate lunches they have that includes a dessert as well. Service is friendly as well. Great local fare.

Great sat morning Beignets if you like them light fluffy and crispy! Service was good. There is a drug store across the street that is also famous for Beignets in the morning but they were closed, so we felt lucky to find Port city Cafe. It has good old fashioned homey feel that is fun on vacation with nautical theme.

Went for breakfast, they weren't even busy.Took forever just to get drinks, then other people came in behind us.They were waited on before us,got their food before us and that pretty much sets the tone for this review. The food wasn't much better than the service.

We had great gumbo and open faced roast beef po-boy. Excellent. Lots of hot fries with it. Great service. No complaints.

We actually discovered this place after leaving Tony's Brickhouse Pizza (check out my review on them🖒🖒🖒) We decided to go back the next morning and boi I'm glad we did. Breakfast was off the chain!! The wife got the Fiesta omelette and I got the Fajita Chicken omelette. Both were very good and the hash browns were cooked just right.... More

Attended this restaurant today during lunch and my only downfall would be that it took the waitress awhile to get to my table once I walked in. I think she just didn't know I was on the other side. However, the customer service was amazing. All of the employees were friendly and generous. I would most definitely recommend this restaurant... More

First visit to Port City Cafe - was pleasantly surprised. Arrived just after breakfast hours, yet the kitchen accommodated me - this was nice, as I was looking for breakfast fare. Ordered egg whites, sausage, bacon, and the beignets instead of the pancakes -- very nice! Airy, light, with powdered sugar. Chef Kurt cooked everything exactly right, and the table... More

We had the omelets, which were very tasty. Priced a little high at $10/each (other restaurants in the area are in the $6-8 range, so not a huge difference). Service was a little slow despite being empty. Coffee is not great either. Overall a good breakfast choice.

Six of us enjoyed breakfast at Port City Cafe. The food was very good and everything came out well cooked and correct the first time. The restaurant is very roomy so you are not crammed or being disturbed by others conversations. The service from our server, Tiffany, was incredibly nice as she was really on top of her game bringing... More
