Went out to tea last night here. Meal was good and it was very good size and value for the meal. Sweets were good also. Staff were very friendly. the place was busy but didn't have to wait long. Parking at rear was good. Just off the main highway so easy enough to get to at traffic lights

A friendly welcome and good value tasty food greeted us when we returned after two years. The cook went out of her way to cater for my wife's preference for gluten free food - she had delicious Barramundi while I had chicken parmigiana which was also great to eat. We enjoyed the coulis with the average pannacottas that followed. All... More

My husband eats there every Thursday and has for years. I, however, would not eat there if I was paid to do so. The last time I went the table was sticky and the cutlery none too clean. The service is OK, the girls are very nice. The food not so good. Tonight my husband sent back his steak (s)... More

Disappointing. The porterhouse steak was not cooked to my MR order. The steak was far too thick to be well cooked, and even with a steak knife, it was difficult to cut, let alone chew. I took 3/4 of the meat home to my dogs and 5 mins later they are still trying to get through it. If an Aussie... More

I come here for the "open mike" nights to play some music. Friendly atmosphere with a good selection of local beers to choose from. The restaurant serves a good meal if you are hungry and although it is right on the Great Western Highway this is not evident inside.

Dropped in on our way down to Sydney. The service was friendly and the food filling. Good portion sizes for what you pay!

Nice atmosphere . However glasses and cutlery dirty . Parmy was burnt . I had chicken and pesto . I think pesto was off and threw up all night . Prices was reasonable .. wouldn't be a bad place if everything was bit cleaner

Lunchtime and the restaurant, which sadly now looks a bit run down and tired, had a few tables of seniors noshing down. Within ten minutes the place was pretty empty. The ordering service was very good but there was a lengthy wait for the meals. Even though the place looked empty and we ordered salad. The food was fine and... More

My husband, good mate and I all stopped in here for dinner a few nights ago. We were driving to the Cox's river and it's a perfect spot to pull in for a meal on a cold night. The small fire in the dining area was roaring, a bunch of cheerful ladies sitting around sharing a bottle of red wine... More
