The food and service here have been pretty good, and consistent each time we've visited. Admittedly we go more often for drinks than food and enjoy watching sports there. If they would swap out the imitation red bull for the name brand or even a better imitation, I would visit a lot more.

We attended the Lees's Summit Octoberfest Fall Festival. There was lots of people and we chose The Peanut rather than eating outside at one of the food booths. At 11:30 we were only the second of two tables seated. The young waitress quickly took our order, but when questioned about the Ruben she said she had never eating a Ruben,... More

Stopped in for something to eat before the Friday night downtown Lee's Summit Folk music free fest. Expected decent "bar food", but what was served was really awful, and the place was a real dump. Dirty, stinky (like sewer gas smell), sticky floors, sticky tables with trash on them. Crud in the corners and the bathroom was so gross. Went... More

I have never written a review before, but the feculent experience that I just had compelled me to do so. To give a back story I have worked as a server in both bars and restaurants at multiple establishments over the past 7 years and never seen anything to this extent. I am amazed this place is still in business.... More

Stopped in for the first - and last - time Friday evening. Had the fish & chips which was a mistake. Fish was obviously the cheapest they could get from some wholesaler but they managed to make it even worse by deep frying it until it was hard and greasy. Tables were dirty and although I noted poor service it... More

Terrible. I have been there three times all the same. Whoever runs the place does nothing right! Under staffed! Don't waste your time.

Better than your average bar food. Huge beer list---and cold, too. Prompt, efficient service. Plenty of TV's for watching sports.

Went with some out of town guest, to show them a good relaxing time. TV's everywhere for game time, and the staff was friends, and food was really good. One of the only places in town with a Shuffle Board, had a blast with our friends. Chili chese fries were great, and so were the Shrooms(Fried mushrooms). Wings are their... More

Great bar, food is good, they have huge hot wings. Gets crowded late at night and during big games, they have some decent TVs, but their big projection screen does not have a good picture at all. Still a fun place.
