If I had to choose five words/phrases to sum up this place m this would be them: Fresh from the garden next door. Class act. In a league of its own. Expect greatness. High quality. You have to try the bacon!!

I've been here several times and it gets better every time. The hostess and waiter are friendly. The food is delicious! This time o had Greens, eggs and ham. The eggs were perfect and the greens were just right. There is a wait if you don't have a reservation. We shopped in Bowood Farms while waiting and loved the variety... More

Café Osage is a bit off the beaten path, but not that far from the Central West End. This place is a restaurant plus a plant and flower shop. If you have to wait for a table, you can wander through the plant and gift displays, its nice. I've eaten here many times over the years but this is my... More

I found this place on-line by searching up "Best St. Louis Brunches" and we were not disappointed. We arrived at close to 11 am on a Saturday morning. The restaurant was busy but we only waited for about 15 minutes. The day was unseasonable warm for late October and we were lucky to get seated outside by the "garden." (The... More

This is the perfect place for a Fall brunch. The food is amazing and locally sourced. We enjoyed the patio on a beautiful Fall day and it couldn't be better! After eating, enjoy the shop and nursery. Absolutely wonderful!

This is not your typical food place. Healthy, in season menu. I had the Osage scramble with great eggs, home made jam (yummy) and English muffins. There is also a plant store contained within the building. A good place to get away from the tourist places.

Wow! What a location and the food is great! Come have brunch amidst the flowers in the courtyard or by the Windows. Had the eggs and Nueske's bacon which were fantastic. Gotta have a Bloody Mary also. Probably the best I've ever had. Super place! Don't miss it!

This is a really pleasant place which is located inside a nursery. The atmosphere is that of a serene, urban oasis. I love the location in the nursery. The food is really, really good and that is based on 2 visits. The chicken cobb salad is one of the best I've had anywhere. Their other salads are also delicious. Service... More

My daughter took us to Cafe Osage for brunch on a weekday and we were able to sit outdoors in the patio in great weather. Everyone enjoyed their meal, Brioche French toast was very good, eggs done just right, bacon was excellent, and the other meals disappeared as well. The coffee tasted fine, though it could have been stronger. Perhaps... More

Thank goodness the food was yummy because the wait was over an hour before our food came out. One guest had to wait another 10-15 min before her meal came out. The setting is just lovely and the staff helpful. We heard the chef was new and was having trouble getting the meals out of the kitchen. Worth going especially... More
