I eat at this place just about once a week! Jonathon's Fiery Scramble is my addiction, must try it! The service here is hands down the best. There is often times a wait since it is a small place and a great place, it's so worth it!

A dear friend brought us here for lunch. It was crowded but waiting in the bus was perfect. Huevos Rancheros was so so good. Excellent service and a super cost place. Would love to come back next time I am in St Louis.

I don't know why I haven't heard about this place before. Oh my G-d it was so freaking delicious. I came with a friend and decided to have breakfast. I decided on the Jonathan's Famous Fiery Scrabble with soy chorizo and sopapilla. It was so freaking delicious. I don't have the words to describe how fantastic this dish was. Is... More

We really enjoyed our experience at Southwest Diner. Great place to eat before heading to Forest Park or other local tourist attractions. Sopapillas are hard to find in the Midwest, but these were excellent. Expect to wait, the dining room is small. However, they creatively parked a bus outside, removed the seats and created a nice outdoor waiting area with... More

This is the second time I have eaten here and their food is yummy good! My advice is to go around noon or 12:30, if you can hold off on your hunger pangs . My reason for saying this is the room is LOUD! Tables down the center are close together and any earlier than this, you will have to... More

The 20min wait on a Saturday morning was well worth it. The server was friendly, food was amazing - thick bacon crisp and slightly sweet, the green chile sauce brought out the sweat, fresh, ready faster than we expected. We ordered extra to go!!

Wonderful place to eat! I had the breakfast burrito and the coffee is great! ☺ Enchilada style with the green chili sauce is spicy but awesome!

The menu was fantastic as were the prices. Loved all the soyrizo dishes! And plenty of options for meat eaters (and those not a fan of Mexican style food). Super reasonable prices for a large plate. Cool interior decor!

Whilst shopping in a department store the sales lady had mentioned this restaurant for us to try for breakfast. I am so glad we did. The food was wonderful and the was enough left over for us to have as a snack later in the day. My husband had the Southwest Slinger with gravy while I had the Rocket &... More

This place is unique. Small little neighborhood diner with an old time feel. The menu is great, featuring southwest style breakfast and lunch, including burritos, burgers, sopapillas, and more. It's not very big, so you may have a wait, especially if you come on a weekend, but rest assured, just climb into the school bus around the side of the... More
