My spouse & I share 2 Peruvian classics: ceviche & Aji de Gallina. The ceviche was good but flavors might be too overpowering for some. The Aji was super flavorful but not at all overpowering; just super yummy.

The service was excellent and the food was very good. The spice mixture was unique but it was my first Peruvian experience. The beef was velvety tender and I would highly recommend.
