Coworker and I did lunch at Cusco. Soup, meal and dessert were all fantastic. It really tasted like a delicious home cooked meal. Tried the Drunken Goat and Puca Picante, can’t not go wrong with either. Best restaurant that I’ve tried in Springfield.

Found this by accident while driving through Missouri to Texas. Excellent menu, very different selections. Funky, bohemian atmosphere. Had the Drunken Goat stew - one of the best tasting dishes I've had in a long time. Can't recommend it highly enough. Now we always stop...More

Trout salad was recommended by the server. Excellent choice for me as I have a garlic intolerance and many of their dishes have garlic.

There is plenty of parking around the restaurant, yet you may not be able to find an open spot in front. Therefore, you can park in back and walk 75 ft to the front door. It is not a long walk.
