Service, drinks and food all were excellent. I loved having homemade food while on vacation. The hand cut fries are amazing. I had the flatbread pizza and wow, it was homemade sauce and fresh ingredients. I was very impressed. This place is a definite to visit again.

If you like grease to run out of your burger this is the place for you. I don't. Fairly fast service, the sole guy working the floor was friendly and had a great bear story. There are NO substitutions allowed, not even one kind of cheese for another. For the cost of the burgers I find this unacceptable.

Stopped in the bar with 6 guys after a day of snowmobiling. Sat at a table in the bar area, and didn't get served. So, one of the guys when up to the bar and got beers for us. Another 2 guys came in and no service! Bartender standing behind the bar twirling his bar rag!!! Needless to say, we... More

Nothing fancy, but the food is good and the service is even better. Large portions and never had a complaint.

We stayed in Cooke City right before most places close down for a short period of time until the Winter/snow season. The Prospector was still open and we had dinner and breakfast at this restaurant. Loved both our visits. Great service. Very attentive. We really enjoyed our meals and will definitely return someday when traveling in this area.

We visited twice this year. Tried their Reuben Sandwich for lunch with tater tots. It was very greasy, but tasty, too. Our server was the same short blond gal as years before, she takes her sweet time and her demeanor dares you to say anything about it. Not wanting my food spit in, I just shut up and had patience.... Had lunch here. Very small town feeling with delicious sandwiches. Really enjoyed having lunch here.

We had one dinner here and only had salads. Maybe because it was off season, but the place was almost empty. Salads were OK, nothing special. The most difficult thing was that they said they could not take credit cards because of a loss of electricity the night before. This was not communicated before we ordered or we would have... More

The food here was good and filling with large portions and okay prices. The service was a bit slow, as the wait staff and the hotel clerk are the same. Not many other choices in this small town.

We were staying 2 nights at the Soda Butte Lodge, so the restaurant within the lodge was convenient. We had breakfast there twice and dinner once. The food was good. The restaurant stays open until 10 pm, which we were thankful for because we didn't arrive back to the lodge until around 9 pm and had not eaten because we... More
