I used to live in New Mexico, so trust me when I say this place is the real deal. DO NOT let its appearance fool you. This was every bit as good as the exceptional Mexican staples I used to get at mercados and food stands in NM. Sometimes the best tasting food on the planet comes served on a... More

We had heard of the taco bus from a friend and were pleasantly surprised! It is an old bus that is made into a small restaurant with the addition of outdoor seating. It's not fancy but it is great food and they are busy! It is run by a mexican family, clean, authentic Mexican fare, with great service! Would definetly... More

This place has awesome Mexican food! The service is fast, and there is a place to eat indoors and out. The atmosphere is super fun with the tacky bus! The whole experience reminds me of my trips to mexico and the food is just as good as authentic Mexican. Try their Horchata! This coming from someone who grew up in... More

Not a food truck, but a renovated bus-you can eat in. We all had delicious burritos; plenty to eat; service was fast.

What a nice surprise! Great menu, excellent food, fast service. If you've been to the popular and excellent Mexican Bus restaurant in West Yellowstone, this is literally its brother. (I mentioned the similarity and the owner shared its owner is his brother.) So they have the same menu and the food was great both places!

We took the entire family here for lunch. It was busy but we got our food quickly. It was a fun place to eat and everyone enjoyed what they ordered. It's a little pricey for Mexican food but fresh, hot and tasty.

We stopped in for lunch after discovering our first choice was closed for a special event. I’m so glad we did. We are from Arizona and we know Mexican food. While we are used to Sonoran style, and this is different, we were very pleasantly surprised. We shared the green burrito, which was more than large enough for two. The... More

We were traveling north on I-15, following our nephew when he left the freeway & led us through the charming little town of Dillon. Then he stopped at La Fiesta Mexicana Taco Bus. What a treat - well worth the short detour!!

We ate here last night. I loved their Cotel Shrimp and Ron really like the chicken enchiladas. The chicken was seasoned wonderfully.

Really unique experience - restaurant in an old bus, but it was really well done and had a cool vibe. The food is amazing! Lots to choose from, hot and fresh. Very clean.
