Gil's Goods is just around the corner from the Murray Hotel and guests can access it through the Murray Bar. Breakfasts were wonderful: fresh squeezed orange juice, homemade biscuits with jam made in-house. Coffee was the best we found on our trip. Wood fired pizza was terrific - thin crust and the cheese was just melted. The Greek Salad with... More

While visiting Livingston, we were at Gil's several times as it seems to be the best food in town. We should of read the reviews before ordering Pizza in our last visit as the reviews warned of overdone Pizza. Ours was severely burnt and so dry the cheese was hard and the crust like a cracker and 50% severely burnt.... More

Okay, this place is amazing! Unbelievable pastries and breakfasts. Even if I'm just traveling past Livingston on the Interstate I will run in and grab something from these guys. This is as good as any bakery you'll find in a major metropolitan area...it's like finding a classic, small European Bakery in your backyard.

We were staying st the Murray after driving through a blizzard on our way to Bozeman , decided to stop on Livingston and continue our journey in the morning. After checking into our hotel we went to Gil's for a bite of supper . Shared a bottle of lovely wine and the best pizza, staff was warm and friendly. We... More

Gils's Goods is a great cafe for breakfast and / or lunch. I eat there whenever I'm in Livingston, sometimes planning my trips around meal times so I can eat there. They source as much as they can locally, and feature local grass-fed/grass-finished beef: their burgers are great. They have a nice breakfast variety of the traditional options you'd expect.... The atmosphere here is nice but service is typically on the slower side. Really great pizza too but if you're bringing children, pizza is about the only option for them (no real good smaller options). Their soups are great, as is the grilled cheese (but it's huge). Burgers tend to be extra pink even when I ask for medium so... More
