Good solid Mexican cuisine and a good value. Order at the counter inside an old bus and pick up your food and eat at one of the picnic tables or take back to your hotel room. Taco's and Burrito's were excellent with fresh vegetables

Most of the food we tried in West Yellowstone was tourist fare and disappointing, but the Mexican food served at either of the two buses was the best food in town. No beer, wine, or table cloths and outside seating on a clear day, but...More

Give the school bus a try. It's average, but in this town, average is the best you'll get. Typical range of plates with rice and refried beans. Cheap and filling.

We were surprised to see a school bus turned into a Mexican restaurant listed on TripAdvisor for West Yellowstone but it turned into a pleasant surprise. We ate on picnic tables outside the bus and it was very good. Pleasant surprise.

The food is good and this place is popular! A converted bus turned into a Mexican restaurant... you have to see it to believe it. You can eat in the bus or outside, or get your food to go. Large menu, good food, lots of...More

The staff had dirty hands and her hair looked like it wasn't washed in 2 weeks. Do they sleep in here...?

Ended up getting the 3 tacos with rice and beans to go. Service was quick, around five minutes. Food was ok, but not great.

We ordered #17 with carnitas and steak enchiladas. The food was really good. The sauce was not spicy which is what we like. The rice and beans were good. There were a few people already eating and placing orders. If you are hungry for some...More

I was a visitor ; not an owner so I really do not know if they are still open in October. I would imagine that the restaurant may close when it starts snowing. And the season starts to change in October. That is why I like... More

Do not know for sure, but in my experience (I write about food, so try a lot of different things) the mouth feel was rich, which probably means lard. Sorry.
