My family are long time patrons of the Boat Club and usually it is a great place to go. Food is decent and Chappy runs a great bar. One of the waitresses (Lindsay) in the Boat Club came up to us and accused us of being the restaurant the night before and giving a bogus room number for our meal.... More

Dear Penwaldo, Please accept my sincerest apologies on behalf of the Averill family. I am embarrassed that an employee would take it upon themselves to make such an accusation. This instance is not a reflection of who we are as hospitality professionals; we strive to provide a memorable experience for every guest, every time, as I feel you have experienced... More

Beautiful dining room overlooking Whitefish Lake...the server cleared the other two settings and dropped silverware onto the chair next to me, then placed it back into the napkin as though it would be re-used..hopefully not. We should have known to leave when clam appetizer arrived, some not open, others barely. Tried a couple and they were bad. How that ever... More

I would like to gather some more information regarding when you dined so that I may address this with the staff that was working that evening. It couldn't have been better. Great menu and service. We dined at the Boat Club while staying at the Lodge where it is located. I don't give five star ratings for no reason, this place rates right at the top.

We first had dinner at the Boat Club. We ordered 3 appetizers and 3 entrees for me and 2 kids. The total was $150 plus $30 tip. The food was OK but not amazing. The menu has lots of exotic items: elk, duck, squid, even fois gras. I liked the fois gras but my 10 year old son ate it... More

The Boat Club not only provides a spectacular lake view, but it also has wonderful food. The chef was creative in the use of fresh local ingredients. Each meal was a yummy treat. Best of all, however, was the excellent service. The young servers were exceptional.

Arriving late, I had an Ahi-Tuna appetizer at this restarant in the lodge before retiring -- very nicely presented and quite tasty. For breakfast I had an omelet - prepared exactly to the way I ordered it, and the potatoes were also very tasty. For lunch I had the fish & chips. While not the best I've ever had, the... More

the shrimp crusted halibut and the grilled elk tenderloin were our choices for dinner and we were very pleased with the taste, presentation and amount of food served. Our server was a very friendly young lady that took excellent care of us without being too overbearing. We also ordered the cheese and meat platter for an appetizer and that was... More

The Boat Club is proud to offer our guests four separate dining experiences for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our lakefront dining room provides guests with specialty coffees and a plated breakfast selection including all the classics and some more intriguing options, like our new Smoked Trout Benedict. Enjoy breakfast with breathtaking views of Whitefish Lake - a sure way to start a great day!

We offer the only lakefront dining in Whitefish and the Boat Club Lounge patio deck provides the ideal setting for a casual lunch or dinner. Enjoy salads, wraps and pizzas off the lounge menu or venture down to the Tiki Bar & Grill during our summer season, where you'll find a laid-back atmosphere, blended drinks and tasty bar food off the grill.

For the special occasion with family and friends, take it up a notch and make a reservation in the Boat Club Dining Room. We offer the finest specialty steaks from Allen Brothers and Montana Wagyu Cattle Company, locally grown and raised produce and fresh fish daily. We offer dishes exquisite enough to satisfy the most discerning palate, yet fulfilling enough to be considered good old fashioned comfort food for our local Montanans.
