Great beer, great service. Especially quick if you are downstairs near the taps. Wide selection of locally brewed beer for all types of drinkers. Cropduster is my favorite. Cheers

When my wife and I travel, we love to explore the local micro brews and thought we'd give Thunderhead a go for our overnighter in Kearney on our way to Denver. The place itself is okay, noting that is going to blow your mind away....More

We were traveling on I-80 and stayed overnight in Kearney. We actually decided to stop in Kearney because of the decent hotel selection and the presence of a craft brewery. The brewery is located in a cute area with cobblestone streets. When entering we first...More

Stayed in town for the night and was in the mood for pizza. Loved this place. The pizza was delicious, beer was awesome and service was great. Would go back in a heartbeat!

No idea what the beer is like, neither of us in our party drank. Didn't realize they only served pizza, calzones and baked potatoes. They were average.

This was our third visit to Thunderhead Brewery and we both commented to our server that the beer has gotten better and more varied since our initial visit more than 4 years ago. Nice to see a local craft brewer still going strong and growing!...More

Local and quaint. Veggie and Greek pizza was good as were the beers. They could ramp things up by reupholstering, painting and cleaning.

We came in for a late night drink and didn't eat but the bar was perfect for sitting and enjoying conversation. The drink special with root beer and vodka was awesome. Glad to see a brewery with mixed drinks too.

Went to Thunderhead Brewing because I was on my way to Wyoming from Michigan and after 12 hours of driving had settled in for the night. That however, does not mean that you can just sit around twiddling you thumbs while unwinding, and since I...More
