About
An innovative craft beer and wine inspired brewpub that builds on our family's SchillingBridge brand est. in 2005. SchillingBridge Cork & Tap House is a unique destination that straddles the lines between bar and restaurant and brewery and tasting room. We feature our own house brands of craft beer along with the award-winning hand-crafted wines produced at our family's winery in Pawnee City, Nebraska. The food menu was designed around our SchillingBridge beverage products infusing them in creative and imaginative ways and proudly made from scratch in our "craft kitchen". Our patio with its mesmerizing fire table, stone fire pits, and beautiful brick pizza oven offers a stunning ambiance unparalleled

We’re so glad you found us and enjoyed your time at SchillingBridge! We almost need a separate kitchen to make our beer cheese in as it is a favorite of most all of our guests 😂. I’ll pass on the compliment to Andi and we’ll...More

It's been awhile since we were at SchillingBridge's restaurant (only because we are on the other side of town and forget about it). We were there on a Friday late afternoon (just made the happy hour cutoff, 3-6) and were seated right away. Our server,...More

We had a really nice time here and all three in our party enjoyed the food. However they were out of a couple menu items that we ordered, as well as a couple of the featured beers. Our server was very attentive. I’d definitely go...More

It's wonderful that you enjoyed stopping by! I apologize that we were out of a few menu items you would have ordered. As a scratch kitchen we do our best to predict what we will sell for the evening and sometimes we come up short....More

I was staying near by and the hotel suggested that I try this place and it was a good choice. The place was crowded which is usually a great sign. I ordered the porkchp and it was very good. It was not overcooked and it...More

As others have noted, the bartender was excellent and the beer I had was pretty good. I wasn't especially hungry this day so ordered a grilled chicken caesar salad. My review of the salad is quite poor. The caesar dressing tasted like mayo and not...More
