I couldn't find anything wrong with Cut, the food was amazing. The selections of cuts are great. Wolfgang Puck has made sure everything was cooked to the perfect temperature. The drinks were well made. This is an expensive place to eat however Cut serves top of the line quality cuts. If you are looking for a cheap bite look elsewhere.... More

Ate at the rave reviewed "Cut" last night and after numerous fantastic dining experiences in this great town, was hugely disappointed. I get the impression that they cater for a high percentage of walk in and the local seminar / trade conference crowds and that, in my opinion, is an easy target audience. the steaks were excellent but as a British tourist i wasn't expecting the steaks to be charcoal seared on each side, this was a pleasant surprise and the steaks were very nice we had the american wagyu, we had the mac and cheese as side as recommended by the waiter but i probably wouldn't have this again i would go... We eat here frequently. Steaks are always excellent. Charcoal searing which is unusual in the USA ( not offered in LA , London or Singapore). we consider this one of the best steaks in the USA. Domestic or Wagyu blends are the best cuts. Would stay away from the Japanese cuts as they are nothing like the Wagyu in Japan.... More

We had a very nice time and enjoyed our dinner at Cut. They were very accommodating in making our reservation during a busy time of year. The steaks and sides were excellent, as were the desserts. We were here on New Years Eve for dinner. I appreciate a great meal, and this one was certainly very good. However, our waiter was arrogant and we probably would have left if it had not been on the holiday.

We had a wonderful experience at the Cut. The staff is very attentive to every details and there are so many waiters and staff that you are never left hanging. The steak is of course out of this world. The waiter explained to us the different cuts and we chose a delicious filet mignon. I strongly recommend the pineapple desert..... More

Carlos was our server, he was fantastic. The sommelier was very helpful with wine selection, the food was second to none. Very expensive and not worth the price. We love Wolfgang Puck restaurants but this was disappointing. Service was great and tried to make things right we just did not enjoy the steak.

Walked in without a reservation and were seated in 10 minutes. This is a high end steakhouse with great service. The explanation about the steaks were outstanding, I was impressed the the waiters product knowledge (I know it's steak, but there is a difference between the cuts).
