We had a party of 8 and we ordered the omekase. It was absolutely fantastic. I honestly can't think of one dish that wasn't outstanding. The truffle taste was a constant theme as was the freshly grated wasabi root. The chef came out and explained the root to us. The service was very good - staff was attentive and knowledgable... Delicious, you must go! We were offered to have the chef choose our rolls for us, but were not feeling too adventurous, however, our choices were delicious. Especially loved the sea bass skewers.

The entire experience is electric. We just let our waiter bring us out 8 different items he recommended as a tasting menu. Everything was amazing, and the service was exceptional!

I enjoyed both my meals at Sushisamba. The service was very good and the food was good too. It's a great lively place to have drinks and enjoy a meal.

Had the pleasure of visiting while at a conference for work. The food is amazing!! For those who are looking for a nice quiet evening out this is not the place for you. Lots of activity and noise level is up there. Don't let that stop you from experiencing this place though. Cooking Kobe beef on a hot rock was... More

I rarely order sushi if not within a quick drive from the ocean, but took a chance and it was fresh and yummy. Service was attentive and kind.

I make it a point to eat at Sushisamba every time I visit Las Vegas. It's by far the best restaurant I've ever been to! I've even made a believer out of a few picky and/or cheap skeptics. I'd recommend letting the chef pick your meal until you've been there a few times. Give them a target for amount to... More

Nice place, little bit too chaotic, food good quality, portions kind of small. Excellent dessert. Of course it is expensive, you are inside the Palazzo, what do you aspect?! Loved the Oysters! Service fast and professional.

I started at the bar while waiting for our table and the drinks and bartender were excellent. Our party moved to our table and we began our dining experience. Our server Isaac recommended each plate for us since this is a small plate type meal where you can try a lot of different items and not get too full on... More

Only at SUSHISAMBA will you find a unique blend of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cuisine, music and design. Hearty moquecas and colorful seviches are served alongside more inventive dishes, including Tuna Tataki and Wagyu Gyoza. Complementing the menu are signature cocktails made with exotic spirits such as shochu and cachaca and an acclaimed sake list, as well as wine, beer and champagne. Equal parts imagination and history, the SUSHISAMBA experience is truly unique.
