The restaurant is fairly loud with brightly lit décor our table for two was close to other diners on either side of us. They have a quite extensive menu. On the plus side our waiter was knowledgeable efficient and pleasant, we spoke briefly to the diners seated near us and they were nice and made suggestions about whether they liked what they ordered. Our waiter let us taste the plum wine before ordering a bottle( in retrospect probably a glass would have been enough it is really sweet) We had egg rolls and green onion pancakes for appetizers and Kung Pao Chicken and Scallops with Asparagus... I didn't care for the XO sauce ( which I was unfamiliar with) but it didn't ruin the scallops and vegetables. Entrees don't come with rice but it can be ordered at a reasonable price.

One of very few places in Las Vegas where food is decently priced. Stayed at Caesar’s palace and passed this place every day and finally went on our last day for lunch. A lot more casual and right off of the casino and main entrance. You get a ton of food had we’d known we’d probably of split some dishes. Pass on the dumplings (not super flavorful have had better most other places) but order any of the noodles. It’s in their name and each dish is unique and flavor packed.

Bright, light & clean edging towards diner decor, not great for ambience, but you know what your getting. Service quick. Food generally good but pretty salty. Be careful to pick something saucy as the dishes we had cumin lamb, general Tao & salt & pepper chicken all pretty dry. Be great if the waitress had provided a bit of guidance.

This Chinese restaurant food is excellent. Its authenticity is on par with those of the big cities I have lived in and traveled; New York City, San Francisco, Chicago, Toronto, Hong Kong, etc. The wait staff is great and attentive and speak a variety of Chinese dialects making it easier for me to order the foods I am accustomed with. Their noodles and flat rice noodles is very well made and not sure if they are made on the premises; however, they are very fresh and well prepared. The food is pricier than most places I have eaten with normal size portions.

Better than a Cup of Noodle. This place opens late. I doubt I’d ever come back unless it’s a choice between this and greasy fast food. The handmade noodle was reasonable. The sautéed veggies are also reasonable: not over salted, not over cooked. But then it doesn’t take a genius to sauté Chinese veggies. But no one bothered to remove random rough stems before cooking. The service: it’s weird. For example, they brought me a dripping wet glass for my beer. I had to dry it with my napkin and poured my own beer. Then, half way into the meal, someone walked by and topped off my tea cup. They are not quite indifferent per se but almost. It’s as if the servers want this job but don’t care and maybe there’s a camera watching them at all times so they put in some effort cuz they don’t want to get caught rolling their eyes at me. 🤷🏻‍♀️

We ordered room delivery from this restaurant by scanning the Caesar's Eats QR Code. They actually charge for rice to accompany your meal which did not deter me from ordering from them but it still seems ridiculous. I have NEVER been charged an additional fee for white rice before today. That was not the real issue. I received no confirmation from the restaurant that the order was received. I had to call the front desk to be transferred to the restaurant to attempt to get confirmation. The phone rang off the hook. No answer. I had to call customer service and then communicate via text with "Ivy", the personal concierge service, to obtain confirmation of the receipt of my order. Moving on. When the food was delivered, we only received part of the order. I had to call customer service, again. I was on hold with the customer service representative for about a half hour as she attempted to connect with Beijing Noodle No. 9. She let me know she had to contact the food service manager to handle the issue as she could not get through. I understand this is not directly an issue with Caesar's management. I am, however, shocked that a restaurant with such awful customer service is allowed to lease on this property and allowed to serve Caesar's customers. This restaurant truly makes Caesar's look bad. It's unfortunate Beijing No. 9 is allowed on this property. The food service manager handled this by taking the food off our bill and sending it along. However, what am I going to do with rice when I've already eaten the chicken and mushrooms 40 minutes This is by far THE WORST experience I've ever had with in-room dining, EVER. I just think of all the people who have had bad experiences with this restaurant and how they likely did nothing because handling it, getting in touch with someone who can solve the problem was so incredibly inconvenient.

We were staying at Caesars Palace and wanted a less formal restaurant one night as we were going to the Neon museum after dinner. This was really good Chinese food, and the service was outstanding! Great waiter- I wanted something that was not on the menu(breaded Prawns) and they made them for me. Absolutely delicious! We also ordered the spring rolls as appetizers, lemon chicken, diced beef with vegetables and almonds, and the breaded prawns. All delicious and we finished everything! it is a very beautiful restaurant with a massive gold fish tank at the entrance. The other servers were constantly filling our water and diet coke glasses. we loved this place and will be back again next August!

We were seated straight away and the decor is lovely. Our server was lovely too and we ordered a starter of spring rolls to share and were so tasty. We both ordered the general Tao chicken and omg it was delicious. My husband said it was nice but it needed more sauce 😂 the portions are massive aswell so one curry would actually do 2 people and we both couldn’t finish all of our curry. We really recommend this restaurant everything so fresh too and I’m actually going to attempt to make this curry . We also left a great tip aswell

We’d eaten here before, but it’d been over a year, and before this covid thing. Remember everything being hot n fresh, and of course, cooked to order. But this time around, the restaurant is carry out only, so it was gamble as to how it’d turn out. Literally, the only reason I went this route is because Rao’s didn’t have a table available for 2 hrs(sadly), and I was starving. Not to mention my room was straight up the adjacent elevator; which made carry out a bit more appealing. Started with the spring rolls with plum sauce, which weren’t very good. They had kind of weird taste to say the least. For an entree, I went with their king Pao chicken, which I’d had before. But this go around, it was just ok. Maybe it was the 5 mins wasted of getting to the room, that allowed this dish to go a bit soggy. Either way, it was missing the char it usually obtains from the heat of the wok. Food gets a 3 at best... Service was actually quite good. And though only available for carry out, they seem to be working hard to get the food out ASAP. And they do make sure you have plastic utensils and sauces, etc... Overall, I’m not sure I’d recommend Beijing Noodle at this time. Maybe after the covid disappears finally, they will be back on track. But something was missing this go around. I will say, in yrs past, their house made noodles have always been good. I guess you can try it for yourself; just stay clear of those spring rolls.

Before I tell you about the food I need to mention on of the best servers I ever had, his name was Po and he was impeccable. Now the food, the Young Chow Fried Rice was delicious, the Chao Shu Bao was most flavorful and tender, the Shu Mei and Har Kow were also wonderful. ,would say this was the best experience I ever had with Chinese Dim Sum and rice. I will be back!

Maybe closer to 3.5. Atmosphere was nice and clean. Service was friendly and fast. Ingredients were fresh and dumplings delicious. The entrees were extremely salty we could barely eat them. We eat Asian food on a regular basis but this was really salty!

Maybe because we havent had Asian food for over a week, not sure...but we thoroughly enjoyed every dish. Beef chow fun..nice wok hay flavor. Pepper beef and asparagus had a delicious sauce that paired great over white rice. Daughter liked the cha siu noodles. Nephew loved the seafood wonton noodle. Both kids loved the red bean paste buns. Four entrees and one dessert came out to around $150. Definitely not cheap, but its Vegas. Service was above average

An oddly designed but beautifully decorated space. 2 of the 3 dishes we ordered were fresh, hot, and tasty. The 3rd dish (dumplings) were tasty enough but cold and sitting in a puddle of water. To be fair, it seemed like there had been some confusion between the staff about this dish, but we didn’t t send it back either. The portions were not huge, perfect for two to share. Other than the dumpling thing, the service was very good.

This was a little hard to find- just look for the circular bar. Everything was outstanding. We got 2 appetizers- spring rolls and dumplings. The dumplings were close to the best I’ve ever had!! For entrees we had a duck entree ( very tender), General Tso’s which was deep friend so ultra crispy, chicken and mushrooms and then a vegetable dish. All the veggies were super fresh and not just the ordinary run of the mill ones. Excellent!!! Waitress super nice and friendly and knowledgeable!

Horrid Hostess, amazing server, good food & delightful drinks! Meal overshadowed by Horrid Hostess who made us feel unwelcome by summoning our server each time he left our table and glaring at us as they spoke. Horrid Hostess also came over to inform that we'd have to wait to receive our to go orders which were placed before we finished our meal, as of waiting would be a deterrent. There was ample available seating and no line outside. Delightful drinks, good food, amazing server & Horrid Hostess
