The place was too dark and it is hard to read the menu. The Peking duck was overcooked and tough.Mizo-glazed sea bass was good. The fried rice and hot/sour soup were average.Service was very good.

Recommended by someone I thought was a friend.... Weak service by the staff, just going through the motions. Everything was less than advertised, sushi was just average. Had filet with wasabi crust.. was a total disappointment, others at the table fared no better. There are...More

Nice atmosphere to dine at which is all you're really getting. The food was alright and a bit of a rip off. I can say the wagyu beef was garbage as I've had lowered grade meats that have tasted better. Service was really slow which...More

This is an Asian restaurant in the Venetian Hotel. It has a nightclub attached to it and if you eat in the restaurant get free admission. The food is very well presented but it’s difficult to see it as it’s so dark inside. I had...More

The menu doesn't have gluten free options. I have the same problem so I stuck to sushi and sashimi but I brought my own Tamari packs. I'm sure if you asked the chef for a special dish without soy sauce or other gluten they... More

Description
Guests are transported from the City of Sin to the Pacific Rim inside TAO Asian Bistro, a 44,000 square-foot, multi-story “Asian City” housing a restaurant, banquet facilities, lounge and nightclub. Lush velvets and silks, waterfalls and century-old woods and stones accentuate the experience, and the restaurant’s signature 20-foot Buddha watches over every corner of the restaurant while floating peacefully above an infinity pool complete with Japanese koi. Corporate Executive Chef Ralph Scamardella has developed a menu for the 400-seat restaurant by incorporating culinary components from China, Japan and Thailand. Signature dishes include offerings from sea, sky and land including Chilean Sea Bass Satay with Wok Roasted Asparagus, a preparation of Peking Duck that consistently receives accolades, and Kobe Beef Shabu Shabu along with a full sushi bar.
