Sage was good, but very pricey. You can find a better value in Vegas with food just as good. We did enjoy the Beef short rib and the salads were fresh and delicious.

We don't generally patronize restaurants as expensive as Sage, but the strongly positive reviews persuaded us to choose this place for our one 'splurge' meal while in LV for a conference. We were not disappointed. Many restaurants place tables for two in a long line,...More

The food was most definitely flavourful and well-seasoned and prepared. The staff were excellent and the atmosphere nice

Dinner for one and I'm very happy to have dined at Sage. I was having a hard time picking a place for dinner as Vegas is far from limited on dining options. I was actually on my way to another restaurant when I came across...More

Sage is a good restaurant but by no means one of the top experiences available in Las Vegas. The food is good, the service was not quite as good as the food. That being said, you will not have anything that is truly bad. The...More

There is not much to add to this. From the front desk over the wine selection to the food, everything was sublime. This was one of the two best places we had visited in Vegas.

Very nice atmosphere. Had a group of 11 people. High prices. Several of us had the Wagyu Filet. I asked for well done and it came out perfectly - 2 decent small pieces. Not much else comes on the plate. Had several $120 bottles of...More

I loved the flavors! Everything was absolutely delicious but the portion sizes were laughable and left us all frustrated. Your "salad" is likely to be composed of maybe two leaves - no exaggeration. Dessert is at the most, four bites. Dinner is slightly more but...More

One of the few restaurants in Vegas where the ambience is one where you can really enjoy the experience. The tables are spaced well apart, lighting is good so you can feel you are in your own space. The service was first class and the...More

You can view the menu and price on their website, I think. Three of us had a celebratory birthday meal - two courser each (one had dessert) plus three glasses of wine, came to approx £100 - brilliant value, excellent cuisine!

Not sure what the official dress code is, but I wore nice jeans and an untucked button-down shirt with the sleeves rolled up. No problem.

We only had cocktails and wine with dinner. I didn't notice the price for pour of absinthe.
