Great place for sharing-the bigger the group the better. We had three people and 4 would have been better, or more! Everything is large and "family style" so if you want to "taste a little bit of everything" (like I do), then go with a group! The staff was almost too efficient, wanting to take plates away that we weren't... More

Blossom was a perfect food experience and a perfect business environment. Not to loud but not to quiet. Perfect service, great food and wonderful environment. Location in the Aria was fantastic as well. We had the Peking Duck and egg drop soup, perfect.

Peking Duck is Awesome. This is a great place to get Chinese food. Very upscale but excellent quality food. We had the lettuce wraps and they were phenomenal.

We had an early dinner here before a concert. It wasn't crowded but they didn't check us in for our Open Table reservation (and points; annoying). Potstickers were amazing, lobster fried rice was very good. Check this place out.

The service was very nice, but I just didn't think the food was a knock out especially for the price. A large menu (maybe that's part of the problem). There is a new Chinese restaurant at Ceasers that I understand is great.

We went to this restaurant as Lemongrass had a long wait, and were not sure what to expect, It was brilliant, every dish we ordered was full of flavour all perfectly blended. Service was attentive and cheerful. It is not a cheap restaurant but you don't mind paying for this sort of quality. A memorable meal, and when we finally... More

My husband and I ate at the Blossom while staying in the Aria Hotel. I had the Lemon Chicken Breast. I expected the chef to prepare a fresh chicken breast. Instead I got a thin breaded piece of chicken; it looked exactly like a frozen breaded chicken breast a person would buy at Costco. It tasted like a cheap frozen,... More

There is a final scene in Ratatouille when Anton Ego bites into a rustic peasant dish of ratatouille and drops his pen, amazed by the haunting replication of his mother's country cooking. That would be me eating hom yu ji yuk bang at Blossom. For the uninitiated, this is a rustic peasant Chinese dish of ground pork cake with salted... More

Restaurant was quite busy when we arrived. Good sign that there were many diners. Took a while to get our drinks ordered and delivered but ordering the meal was timely. Wish we had known that the duck, while menu said, served while, would be carved table side by staff Would have ordered it perhaps. BBQ rib appetizer disappointing. Tasteless. Looked... More

Blossom is a very fine chinese restaurant in the Aria Hotel. On a recent night my wife and I enjoyed dinner here. Very nice service and excellent food. I didn't order the Peking Duck but I saw them carving duck up at several neighboring tables and it looked amazing. Next time for sure. Our meal was really good though as... More
