We dined Here For Lunch On Sunday. Seated Immediately But Then Ignored For Ten Minutes. The Beer Order Took Three Tries. My Husband Ordered Beef Enchilada Which Were Inedible. This restaurant missed the opportunity to draw from the huge crowds that visit Town Center in Las Vegas because it is trying to do too much at once. We have been to Coconuts three times and all three times have been seated and then completely ignored for more than 15 minutes - no water, no drink offer, no food order taken. We walked out every time and will not go back again.

Not sure why it's called a cantina. The bar had 8 different tequilas. I asked the Bartender why they didn't have the shelves stocked and her reply was they were cutting back on tequila?????
