What a disappointment. The sushi here is just way overpriced tourist fare. The fish is mediocre at best and they just mask it by drowning it in "Nobu" sauce and jalapeños. This was my second time in the last month as I wanted to give it a second shot. It's not the Nobu of old.

We had dinner in Nobu Caesars Palace on Monday , December 5, 2016. We ordered the spicy seafood soup, it was good but the one in Dubai is better because they get u the seafood alone and soup water alone and u mix them. We ordered the hot mushrooms salad, it was tasty. We ordered the rock shrimps, they weren't... More

Nobu did not disappoint our high expectations. The food, the service, the ambiance was amazing. Can't say which one of the dishes we tried was our favorite. Can't wait to return.

We sat at the sushi bar so could see the chefs making all the rolls which was fun! the service was excellent and the food was great. The sushi was super fresh and we did not drink much so the prices were not crazy.

Took a good friend of mine who doesn't eat fish to the restaurant, one yellowtail with jalapeño, one tuna sashimi salad, lobster tacos, blackened miso cod, rock shrimp tempura and we have a convert !! My friend was baffled in a good way :-) The restaurant was a usual Nobu , other than the size of it , huge in... More

Ideally, you just tell them more or less what you like and they bring out dishes, usually one at a time, that are world-class. Lots of sashimi, but even my brother-in-law who does not usually like raw fish is a big fan of Nobu. Good wine list with some relatively inexpensive selections. Try the Albarino. But be sure to try... More

We ate at Nobu for our wedding anniversary. We had never been to Nobu and our waitress was fantastic at explaining the menu and our options. We decided for the chef to put together a menu for us for around the price point of $150 each, we told her that we wanted to try the wagyu, some raw fish but... More

This place was fantastic. Our waiter suggested the best items to order and everything tasted amazing. It is pricey, but worth every penny. The ahi tuna was superb.
