While staying in Las Vegas we were delighted to be introduce to Hugo's Cellar. It is one of the finest restaurants in Vegas. They do the wonderful fine dining table side from long ago. Upon entering you are presented with a rose which is taken to your table & placed in your personal vase. Your dinner includes a table side... More

I felt like I was back in the 60'same with the excellent service and wonder food. The salads were great and tailored to everyone's taste and the entrees were delicious. We loved the little touches, the sorbet, the roses and the Chocolate dipped fruit at the end.

The best thing about this restruant is the hot rock cooked appys. The second best is the salad choice. A waiter rolls a salad cart up to your seat and starts rattling off more than 30 items for you to mix in your own salad bowl.

The Atmosphere was really good and the staff was really attentive. By far the salad was the best mainly because it was hand made by my desire for the different things Hugo offered. On the other hand I was hugely disappointed in the steak. It was barely seared and was absolutely bland. For the price of this meal, the steak... More

We (2 30 something couples) decided to go here after all the reviews. As people have mentioned, the ambience and service are incredible. Everyone is so professional and hospitable. They definitely know what they are doing and give great tips on what to order if you are perplexed. The salad was probably my favorite part of the meal- I could... More

A wonderful place inside the 4 Queens Casino to dine. It was truly a first class dining event starting with a rose for the ladies, tuxedo clad servers and atmosphere galore. Meal being with a table side, made to order salad, followed by sherbet to clear the palate. Main course was perfectly prepared meats with al dente vegetables. A dessert... More

I'm not sure of the history, but I know Hugo's Cellar is a favorite "haunt" for the old timer clientele both local and tourist. It is consistent as it was exactly the same both of my visits which were a year apart. I do believe tradition is important but along with that is a bit of inflexibility. When I had... More

Went to Hugo's tonight with my wife on the recommendation of a Blackjack dealer today and couldn't have been happier. I had the strip steak and it was fantastic. Next time in Vegas will be back.

Old school steak house with classic menu items. The price includes salad, bread, entree, veggie, starch, and chocolate covered strawberries. I'd totally go back again.

Our 28th anniversary, and it was awesome, the service was second to none. I long for the traditional and old style Las Vegas, having lived here since the early 90's I appreciate when a restaurant holds to the things that this town what is today. Table side salad made to your liking, then the steaks were perfect, the food was amazing... More
