We felt very much let down by this attempt at a buffet in a supposedly world class hotel. The high cost and the poor choice of food was not what we expected. Using plastic cups and having to keep the same cutlery between courses was...not expected. To finish off our poor experience, the men’s toilet was blocked, water and used paper was on the floor, half full glasses left on the side and no sign that it was going to be cleaned. I would certainly look for better and less expensive restaurants! Very poor.More

We paid $250 for our family of three for dinner and I was so disappointed because it used to be a good buffet. First, no more crab legs. The shrimp was slimy, sushi not fresh like it used to be. They have sushi set up...in a big boat and looks like it has sit there all day, tasted that any too. Serve yourself beverages, coffee was oily. Roast turkey was dry and bland. Desserts were stale. The only thing I ate which was so what decent was pasta Alfredo. So overpriced for mediocre food. I will not be back.More

The price you pay and no crab legs, had to visit another hotel buffet to get crab legs. Love the grill cheese at brunch and their salad bar. Overall a good buffet, service staff could use some training.

The 1 star is slightly misleading because it wasn’t terrible food but it has gone down hill since I was last there in 2019. We had a group of 11 for dinner so with gratuity it was $100 per person. We were all underwhelmed for...the price. Most of us were looking forward to the king crab legs that we’d had in the past and was the highlight of our meal. We’ve been to this buffet for years but this will most likely be our last time. The boiled shrimp were limp ,soggy and under cooked. The prime rib had no flavor and the deserts tasted as if they were all made with saccharin. We’ve always...considered the Bellagio the gold standard of the buffets for Las Vegas. Went to the Bellagio buffet today for brunch. Unfortunately, it wasn't good at all. The prime rib was hard to cut and even harder to chew so I left most of it on my plate. The salmon was overcooked and dry as was the rotisserie...chicken. The carrot cake seemed to be laced with cinnamon and two different types of cheesecake were more like pudding than cheesecake. The smoked salmon was very good and the service was very good as well but the overall quality of the food was not. I have been going to this buffet since the hotel opened and it just seems to get worse each time we go. The decline started a few years ago when they cut back the staff and made the beverages self service. They seem to keep raising the price while cutting back on the quality of the food. They also do the "Brunch" thing to save money. If you go at lunch time a significant part of the buffet is still serving breakfast items. I guess they save a lot of money by serving pancakes and waffles and sausages instead of having more choices of meat or fish.More

Good variation of food !! It’s not best than others place that I been to like Caesar’s palace buffet but for the price should be better! Staff very kind and attentive. We went December 31 that it’s a busy day anywhere but I can’t complain....Just it’s too expensive and the variety of the food it’s not worth for people that can’t eat or like see food is very limited.More

$80 pp plus tax. What a total waste of money and queuing time. The oysters, frozen , ice on them, the shrimp, tasteless, crab legs dry. The sushi, Ohh dear, piled up in the shape of a pyramid. The carvery , dried out meats,chewy, embarrassed...to leave it uneaten on my plate. The desserts section was empty of cakes. Bellagio, you should hang your head in shame taking money for that. Please, everybody, go somewhere else. And, sick for 2 days after. F&B boss needs a serious talking too. Large volume of guests = poor quality. Bye Bye Bellagio.More

The Bellagio Buffet used to be the absolute BEST in Las Vegas. Not so much anymore….. They appear to have crammed in more tables and seating while losing the quality which characterized their PrePandemic perfection. I noticed that some of the meats were dry and...tough - as was the Orange Chicken - and the overall experience, for me at least, has declined.More

Buffet was not terrible. I came here many years ago and it was very upscale, but now just average. Ribs were not tender. Steak nothing special. Seafood average quality (we are in the desert after all.) there are lots of choices, and we left full....But Overall definitely not worth 80 bucks each.More

Overall the food was good. I think it’s priced too high but I assume it’s $70 because of the Bellagio location. There was nothing spectacular about the food that makes it stand out. For the price, I would recommend going to a nice restaurant.

Seafood is not that great, most crab legs are dry that like keep in fridge for a long time. Desserts are still the best part of the whole selection.
