Had the sausage hash and a Bloody Mary for brunch, nether of which were very good. I love Tomas Keller but don't feel this was good representation at all.

I went to the Napa location about six years ago and I still think about their steak and frites. You can imagine my delight when I was in Las Vegas and discovered a Bouchon location there. The restaurant was wonderful with good atmosphere and attentive...More
I had dinner here with my husband as we are foodies and we wanted to have a really nice romantic dinner. The restaurant atmosphere was casual with a fine dining feel. Prices were very reasonable for being one of the top French restaurants in town....More
We had watched the Human Nature Show at the Venetian and decided to eat at the Bouchon. It was around 9:30 PM and I was not very hungry so I ordered pan fried trout. When the dish came it was beautifully presented with green beans...More

This is a nice restaurant on the 10th floor of the venetian tower. The menu is good and amusingly unfolds out of the inside of the wrapper than your napkin is enclosed within. The food was very good - Gigot of Lamb and Moules frites...More
I love this place to have brunch or breakfast! Le petite dejeuner americain has everything you can ask for. The croque madam is really, really good. Mouthwatering croissants and coffee. Widely recommended.
The petit dejeuner American was tres bon! I would definitely eat here for breakfast again. The eggs were cooked just right, the potatoes were perfectly seasoned, the bacon was crisp and the cheese danish was flaky and cheesy.
