My wife is from Mexico this restaurant just did not measure up. The shrimp cocktail was a real cocktail with alcohol.

I was on a business trip to Las Vegas and didn't want to frequent the casinos or a chain restaurant. My hotel recommended Dona Maria Summerlin and I was glad they did. I ended up eating here 2 nights in a row. I even got the same meal - Cost Azul Dinner, soup, and a margarita. Service was great -... More

The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and patient. We had an after work group that visited and some of them were somewhat demanding. The staff graciously handled all the requests. The food is nothing special - still looking for that Mexican restaurant that rivals Arizona and New Mexico. Ample chips and salsa were provided and the drinks were very reasonably... More

We were in area after movie and went for lunch. Chips were still warm and salsa was delicious! We split the chicken quesadilla! Size of large pizza! Excellent! We enjoyed!

Walk into this clean and spacious restaurant and the hostess will seat you. Clean and inviting decor with a small base area. Can easily accommodate a large party and reservations are not required, but taken on major holidays according to the waiter. Free chips and salsa. A la carte burritos about $9, dinner plates range from $14-20, and shrimp Cocktails... More

This is one of the best Mexican-American restaurants I have ever been to. The service was friendly and professional, and the food was excellent. The portions were also large - I ordered an appetizer of nachos, and it was much more than I could eat, although my husband had no difficulty licking the plate on his chimichanga entree. WE plan... This is by far our favorite Mexican Restaurant in the Las Vegas area. Food is always delicious, with generous portions and friendly service. They make their own tortillas and chips. The tamales are great, and folks pre-order them for Christmas by the dozens (don't wait too long ...). We haven't tried their other location, but this one is absolutely great... More

Don't listen to the other negative reviews. This place is great. Carlos was so happy and attentive as our server. I had a strawberry daiquiri and it was the best I have had. My husband enjoyed the tamales and they were stuffed full of meat. I had the chimichanga and loved it. The chips and salsa were very tasty and... More
