Not busy, probably due to location off Warm Springs. They have a good selection of Vegetarian dishes & mine tasted great. They also have the good meat dishes I enjoyed so much when I lived in Malaysia.

We stopped at the Durango St Carryout location on a stop en route to Death Valley. In an unprepossesing shopping center with several other small carryouts. We had Chicken Masala, Lamb Vindaloo and one other dish. The Chicken Masala was perfectly flavored. I'm not an aficionado of lamb vindaloo, but one of our group is, and he was impressed.

The chef in this restaurant touts his food as 'healthy', by cooking with little or no oil. While that may be the case, his dishes have a very recognizable taste with a 'difference' not uncommon to differences between any two Indian restaurants. Do not take those comments as a negative. On the contrary, my entree was quite good (Chicken Tikka... More

Went here for lunch on a Sunday, were the only people there, unless you count the 30-40 fruit flys buzzing about. Left without eating and won't be going back.

This Indian restaurant is located in an obscure corner of a strip mall, which made finding a little difficult. But that's not the issue. The website touts the cuisine as being healthy because the chef doesn't cook with oils or something to that effect. No processed ingredients. No preservatives. Somewhere along the way, the dishes stopped being Indian. The food... More

Tucked away in a non description small strip mall is this gem of an Indian restaurant. The Chef who is the owner is passionate about his food, his customers and providing the best meal for his guests. The difference with this Indian cuisine is that it is healthy, Chef uses little to no oil, yet the food is absolutely delicious.... More

This place is overpriced for an Indian restaurant and not very authentic. I ordered the chicken tikka, which should be small chunks of baked boneless chicken breast using skewers in a tandoor oven after marinating in spices and yogurt. Most Indian restaurants serve chicken tikka sizzling on a heated plate with grilled onions, lemons and sometimes green peppers. Instead I... More

Finally great ethnic food in this valley. Flavorful, tasty, the owner is a wealth of knowledge and can explain each dishes beginnings, importance and region. A place we will go back to.

We recently at here and then went back the very next night! Chef Bose was very attentive and supportive of our dietary restrictions. He prepared food for us which was not on the menu, just to accommodate us. The ingredients were fresh, flavorful and very, very delicious.

Worst indian restaurant to date. The food quality is bad, they are cheap and their food is expensive. First, let me get the positive out. The servers were quite courteous and gave me a glass of water while I was waiting for the food pickup. That goes into the star that I put. When ordering, the server welcomes me as... More
