Maia Papaya is the place for coffee in Bethlehem. My wife loves their iced chai. The salads are terrific as well

Super tasty food made fresh! They were super accommodating to make me a vegan breakfast burrito and it was delicious!!! My husband had the French toast and he said it was awesome! They were the only place I could find in the mountains near our hotel that had vegan options!

We love stopping at Maia Papaya when we visit the whites. We stopped after a backpack and had coffee and sandwiches before our drive home. Great atmosphere to have a quick bite to eat.

Great coffee, creative and delicious breakfast and lunch options - it's a quick bite place, but the food is far from fast food. Everything made to order, super fresh, and you'd never know, or care that it's 100% vegetarian.

Stopped on the way to Maine for coffee and breakfast. It's a small but trendy cafe with a great breakfast menu and a few coffee choices.

All vegetarian with many vegan options! Veggie burger was amazing, great bakery items made fresh! The vegetables are all organic, the breads were organic, she makes the pesto vegan and the oatmeal was fresh! I can hardly wait to go back! Oh and they have many made to order coffee drinks! This place rocks!

I was looking for a healthy lunch during a recent road trip and had always bypassed this place thinking all they served was coffee. This is not the case! We had a delicious lunch here. Fresh quiche full of veggies and smoothies where you can choose up to 3 fruits. We can't wait to return on our next road trip!

The small town has little to offer and we were pleasantly surprised to find this gem of a coffee shop right next to the post office. It is something of a highlight to this town. We liked it enough that we stopped in again the next day. Great ambiance, selection of food and drinks.

I guess everywhere we went the people that served us were not friendly probably they knew we were visiting; we looked like out of town, tourists. Anyway food was ok I would say, it was the only place where we could get some breakfast that did not break our wallet.

Yummy little homemade cafe. Great scones, fresh, local art tucked in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Pleasant staff. Wireless internet-good signal. Glad we stopped.
