We stopped by here to taste some yummy beer and they didn't disappoint. The meat and cheese board was fantastic and all of the beers were worth a try! Definitely must if you're in the area.

The pizza here was the best wood fired we've had in a while! The Craft beer variety was very good and the beer went well with the pizza!

Beer quality was unequal but the Pompadour was excellent. More a pizzeria than a restaurant, but quite original and imaginative. Good but not really delicious

Yes, we do! Our new Store & Tasting Room is immediately next door (26 Mill St) and this has a selection of to-go beer and merchandise. Small pours are also available here.

Yes, we offer gluten-free crusts from Against the Grain. This is an option for all of our pizzas. For those who do not drink beer (shame!) we offer Citizen Cider on tap, as well as a limited wine selection.

Schilling Beer Co. Is a progressive European-inspired small-batch brewery. We exclusively brew beers that we are personally passionate about--beers that tell a story about our history, friendship and values. We believe that craft beer is best enjoyed in community and within a specific sense of place. Our Cicerone-educated staff and unique location-on the banks of the Ammonoosuc River in a carefully renovated three-story 1797 gristmill-provide an optimal environment to do just that. We offer rustic Neopolitan-style pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven, local meats and cheeses and other plates designed to pair with our beers. Our food is rustic, simple and fresh, emphasizing local sources whenever possible. Outdoor beer garden and riverfront deck seating are available, weather permitting.
