The Foundry has it all-great food selection, a full bar, and lovely atmosphere. This is an "a must eat there" when I am in the area.

Visited The Foundry on a recent business trip to Manchester. The restaurant is adjacent to the river and is a warm, welcoming place on what was a frigid evening. The food was good. A colleague had the brussels sprouts, which were crispy and delicious. My...More

My family ate here to celebrate two of our birthdays. The meal was great from start to finish. I got the spinning room bellini off their cocktail menu and it was just as expected. Later on, I also got the grapefruit drop martini, which was...More

We we're shocked by the weekend brunch buffet! So extensive and accommodating. I would recommend after fasting for a day!

Manchester has an up & coming restaurant scene but we always end up at The Foundry due to it's consistent service & menu variety. The cheese & charcuterie board choices are unique appetizers that are close to a meal by themselves. Atmosphere is relaxed with...More

The Foundry has an eclectic menu, with different takes on dishes. The crispy brussel sprouts are a favorite! All in all, good food, good atmosphere, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
