Was in the area and looking at restaurants. This one popped up as we were next door at a shop! So glad we went! Food was fresh and yummy. The "fat darrell" burger was to die for! Also had a pistachio martini! It was delicious! Looking forward to going back!

I ordered the Haystack Chicken Salad and the description was grilled chicken, dried cranberries, walnuts and the ice house salad. They don't "grill" the chicken it comes cold!!! So gross... I asked why it wasn't grilled and the server says it's served cold. So I said I wanted to return it and they took it back and gladly microwaved the... More

I'm sorry to hear you didn't like your salad. We have been serving the salads with cold grilled chicken for 8 years and this is the first complaint I've gotten and I sell over 100 salads a day. I have no problem putting warm grilled chicken on any salad if you ask your server when you place the order. Please... More

I was craving a burger and I am so glade I got one as my meal. It was gigantic and I was only able to eat half. It came with home made french fries... More

Great bar, friendly staff and owners. Lots of locals here, most on Thursday night. Good all year round, one of the few that stays busy through the winter.

Friendly atmosphere with 2 pub rooms in addition to a more traditional dining area. A great menu ranging from a variety of burgers and creative sandwiches (great cottage fries) to more extensive dinner menu including great prime rib, steak, and fresh fish selections. The management and wait staff are very pleasant and very focused on excellent customer service.

Their appetizers are like a small meal. The Thai Shrimp and Bacon Scallops are EXCELLENT. I have had many lunches and dinners there. Never disappointed.

Food was good but not a destination . Fine place if you are close by. Service fine, $$ fair. 15 min from castle in the clouds.

It has a nice atmosphere and great tavern feel. Good food. A little noisy so was difficult for conversation.
