If you plan to go to Texas Roadhouse on the weekend night plan on a 30 plus wait. Yes, even at 5pm on a Saturday night was 20 mins. Once we got called up for our table, the temperature inside the restaurant was so hot and the music was so load that it made it hard to talk to others... More

The yeasty, fresh and lightly salted Hawaiian style rolls are fantastic and the complimentary peanuts fresh and salty. Tater Skins ($7) have a correct ratio of tater to topping but are a little bland and the Rattlesnake Bites ($6) have a good strong kick and squishy texture. The spicy Buffalo Wings were mild for my spice eater, but he enjoyed... More

I didn't even know there was a Texas Roadhouse Restaurant in Portsmouth until we drove past today and decided to stop for lunch. From the moment we were greeted by the hostess, she showed us their differentiaton - fresh baked rolls and fresh cuts of meat daily - it's on display as you walk in. She grabbed some hot rolls... My wife and I love the burger, but despite repeated pleas for hot french fries, (actually steak fries...the big ones) the best I can get are fries zapped in a microwave! WHY can't a top notch restaurant serve fresh hot fries?

Me and a friend were here enjoying a late lunch. I got the 8oz. steak while he went for the 16 oz. Both were made absolutely perfectly to our preferences (medium / medium rare) Friendly staff, good atmosphere and nice surroundings. I'm still craving for the cinnamon-honey butter and bread..... until next time.

My husband and I stopped for dinner. I have been to Texas Roadhouse in Portland Maine but have never been to this Newington location. We really enjoyed eating here. We began with the Onion Blossom which was delicious. I substituted sweet potato for my rice which wasn't a problem AT ALL for our waitress. And they had LOTS of selections... More

I always enjoy the food but twice now, have experienced bad service. My husband and I have gone three times with friends. On two of those visits, we felt rushed through our meal; last night was the worst. My friends had finished their entrees but my husband and I were only half way through ours when the waitress came over... More

This place never disappoints! Service was excellent as well as the food. Ribs were fall off the bone! Rolls are always awesome and hot! Steaks and burger were cooked nicely.salad was very good too. Waitstaff was excellent, always checking in and giving refills.

Whenever we have the chance we love to stop into a Texas Roadhouse because we know that we won't be disappointed, and this location is the first time we were ever here, the staff was excellent..
