I will give this a positive review based on location , and friendly staff , however the food is so very mediocre. We've tried this place in the past (and were disappointed) so we decided to give it another try. It's basic bar food, nothing special .

I had an incredible hot Reuben sandwich. I expected a typical sandwich that you hold in your hands but was pleasantly surprised to be served an open faced plate with plenty of corn beef. I didn't taste or see any thousand island dressing though. In any event it was still quite savory and worth the price.

This place is interesting.... real pub environment. Reminds me of the pubs in Ireland. The food is ok, same stuff you get at any pub. I like the lower level, more so in the winter season. I prefer to have a mid day appetizer and a few beers then move on. Not a bad place to meet up with friends... More

Although right on the main drag in the center of town, lunch not inspiring. I ordered the half sandwich and soup lunch special. Fish soup was weak and salty - not many bits of fish present. Looked like old dishwashing water. Sandwich consisted of cheese-covered turkey with a stuffing of cole slaw. Blah! Menu big and full of standard American... More

Actually looking for a cold snack and found this restaurant has an ice cream parlor called "SPOONS" inside. Serving Gifford's ice cream! We went outside just to turn left and come inside the ice cream door as we were directed. We went right up to the counter and ordered our choices - although sometimes difficult as it's all good! We... More

We wanted a place to have supper and watch the UConn Women Huskies play their first basketball game of the season. Horsefeathers was just the spot. On a Monday night in November there was not a huge crowd here and the waitstaff was most accommodating to us. We sat right in front of a TV in the pub area and... More

We ate up stairs, there is a great view of the mountains the sun was setting - good drink, it doesn't get any better then they brought the food. It was very busy though.

Enjoyed our meal for a late lunch while visiting N. Conway on a shopping weekend. Food was very good, but the place was busy, even at 2:30 in the afternoon. The only issue was that we were seated in the ice cream store that is part of the restaurant, and only open weekends in the winter. It wasn't open for... More

Great lunch on Saturday afternoon after a busy day of shopping. We all enjoyed our fabulous drinks and lunches. We had a great waiter, Brian and the food was great.

3 couples ducked in here after a family member who had been here previously recommended it. We arrived late afternoon after shopping the outlets and headed to the bar after being quoted 45 mins for a table. After 10 minutes we grabbed a couple seats at the bar. The bartender was nice enough and recommended some local beers which were... More

Description
Our landmark North Conway, New Hampshire restaurant has been serving up Sustenence, Merriment & Cheer since 1976. Our food is legendary, our service is warm, our style is definitely neighborhood. Mt. Washington Valley's most popular restaurant open 11am to 11pm seven days a week.
