We had the best seafood dinner here while on vacation. Their clam chowder was creamy, full body and delicious. My wife had a boiled lobster and twice baked potato. I had fried whole belly clams with coleslaw. Both meals were excellent. My fried clams were some of the best I ever had. For desert, we had the whiskey bread pudding.... More

We both had the fried haddock special. It was delicious. It came with a cup of clam chowder out a salad. Great portions and reasonable price.

Several years ago my family and I ate here. We did not like the food nor the service and we thought it was over priced. We decided to go and have dinner there. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was good and our server was really Good. The prices are reasonable. I will go back.

We were visiting New Hampshire for a birthday celebration and stumbled upon the lobster trap which have amazing lobster scampi such as I've never had in Rhode Island! The staff was so friendly you felt like family! Can't wait to go back soon!

The Lobster Trap offers a cozy atmosphere combined with excellent service and great food. The gluten free options are better than most restaurants and the lobster is some of the best that I have ever had. The staff are some of the nicest people and we had a wonderful family dinner because of them! Thank you Lobster Trap. We will... More

Went there during Holiday week with our 3 hungry teenagers. Everyone was happy and full. Chicken parm, shrimp Parma were good. Great lobster stew which was not-overlooked lobster in butter and cream. Great appetizer of bacon wrapped scallops. Too full for dessert.

My husband wanted lobster and A google search brought us to Lobster Trap. It was a Saturday night around 7pm in November and it wasn't busy at all. Very cozy and casual. Twin boiled lobster dinner with the best onion rings ( house recipe) I've ever had! Super friendly waitress too. Very reasonable prices. Will go again when I'm in... More

took a chance and stopped here while headed back to our hotel. Not being from the area we had no idea what to expect. We were greeted by a friendly server who led us to a table in an unassuming dining room. Once there we struck up a conversation with out waitress and we were glad we did. She suggested... More
