We visited Coopers Hill for lunch. In our group, we sampled the fish and chips, the Guinness stew, the spinach salad, and the portobello mushroom burger. The service was efficient and we all enjoyed our meals. It seems to me, however, that after a couple...More

Thanks for stopping in, Spencer. The lunch menu is a bit limited, but we do have more options on our full dinner menu, including flatbreads, mac & cheese, and entrees (bangers and mash, salmon). We hope you stop back in again soon to try it...More

I am a fish and chips aficionado and consider decent fish and chips to be the holy grail - just ask my friends. Well I found it here. The bonus is good atmosphere, good service, good beer!

This is a fun place to have a casual dinner and conversation with friends. The food was very good and the service most attentive and friendly. There were historical photos on the walls. We were looking at one of the photos that my son thought...More

We have had a couple of meals here and it is good. The prices are a little high on some of the fare. Atmosphere is nice but the service was a bit slow.

We were staying in Peterborough for 8 nights and visited the Public House one evening for dinner. It was surprisingly not busy, but we were happy to quickly get a table for 5. As other reviewers have mentioned, the inside is very nice, but not...More

While the menu is limited the food is outstanding. Bourbon selection is limitless! Only downfall is the acoustics of the space. Open concept without fabric to absorb sound level.
