Unless a blinding blizzard or rain, PPP is a great place to see the Beaty of NH. And get great pancakes. Real maple syrup and lots of combos. Or have everything! I prefer Kathie's Combo. With bacon.

They have been around for decades and it's easy to see why. They have pancakes made with flour they grind onsite. It is so fresh. They are cooked light with a bit of crisp on the outside. So good. They have many flavors and fillings, but I just had the plain pancakes without fillings and couldn't have liked it more.... More
If you like breakfast/brunch, get your butt here! We stayed over 2 nights and both mornings ended up here because it was so good. The place is SUPER clean and the food is SOOOO good! The smoked bacon is 100%, potato pancakes- yes, benedict- yup. Another plus, fast friendly and efficient servers! Only thing that was a bit of a... More
I have been going to Polls since 1955. They now have the fourth generation working there. It has always been great. They have a choice of batters and fillings if you are so inclined. Better they have unlimited maple syrup and maple spread to put on the pancakes. I am a purest. I had an order of plain, with a... More

My first impression of the restaurant was wow. It is very nicely decorated and I love the way it is laid out. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and turned out to be our cook. I would highly recommend you listening to your waitresses suggestions when it comes to what to include on your pancakes. She made great suggestions. I ordered... More

When we visited the place was mostly empty but learned that during the summer the wait can be couple of hours...I think you can... More
Stopped at Pollys Pancake Palor on a Wednesday afternoon in December. Enjoyed a wonderful pancake sampler, bacon and hot tea. It was nice to have a selection of pancakes to choose from and that your server cooks them for you. The view of the mountains from our table was fantastic. Our server was very attentive and we enjoyed our visit... More
Our family makes it a point to stop here whenever we are remotely in the area. It tends to be busy and sometimes a little noisy, but the service is attentive and friendly and the pancakes are wonderful. Not your typical big diner pancakes, but the options for batter and mix-ins make for some wonderful combinations. The bacon is a... More
