Stopped by on way home from ski trip to Bretton Woods. Great pancakes. Wait staff not only waits but also cooks the orders. Not sure how well that model works, especially if the place is crowded. When we visited the place was mostly empty but learned that during the summer the wait can be couple of hours...I think you can... More

Stopped at Pollys Pancake Palor on a Wednesday afternoon in December. Enjoyed a wonderful pancake sampler, bacon and hot tea. It was nice to have a selection of pancakes to choose from and that your server cooks them for you. The view of the mountains from our table was fantastic. Our server was very attentive and we enjoyed our visit... More

Our family makes it a point to stop here whenever we are remotely in the area. It tends to be busy and sometimes a little noisy, but the service is attentive and friendly and the pancakes are wonderful. Not your typical big diner pancakes, but the options for batter and mix-ins make for some wonderful combinations. The bacon is a... More

The staff at Polly's did an amazing job preparing totally safe and very delicious pancakes for my son who is allergic to dairy, eggs and nuts. The whole family loved our visit!

Our group of 4 adults and 2 children all thoroughly enjoyed Polly's. Which is saying a lot since under ordinary circumstances I do Not like pancakes. But these were extraordinary. My favorites were the oatmeal with blueberries. Cannot understand prior comments about small portions. We brought home several pancakes we could not finish. Service was great; especially that if you... More

Our family has been visiting Polly's for generations. This is a wonderful, family-friendly place with delicious food and fun atmosphere. Call ahead for seating! My Mom grew up on Trot-Trot 1, then we rode trot-trot 2 and my kids ride #3. Wish I could be there now!!

Friends had been telling us about Polly's Pancake Parlor for a long time. We were not disappointed. Food was delicious and when leaving a helicopter "dropped in" for four people to eat at Pollys. Quite an excitement. I,m originally from the Midwest. Polly's Sausage Gravy is a must try! Delicious.

We were staying in the area and was told that this was a must visit. We called ahead but that didn't matter. We still had to wait for almost 45 minutes for a table. And it took another 20+ minutes to get our food. Not the fastest service. The food was really good. Pancakes were awesome but not sure if... More

We went here based on a recommendation and it was great! The breakfast was delicious! They have a nice variety of pancakes to choose from! The Eggs Benedict, served in three ways, was terrific! This place is a must stop for breakfast! Don't forget the maple peppers on the tables are for sale up front.

We've been to Polly's a number of times and will keep going back. The food is excellent, the view is breathtaking and the servers are fantastic. Enough said.
